Codes diagnoses and operative procedures using ICD-9-CM and CPT 4 systems. College courses in medical terminology/anatomy/physiology. RRA or ART or CCS certification. Two years experience in using the ICD-9-CM and CPT coding. Experience in coding inpatient/outpatient surgery and DRCT’s required.
