Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for the performance of services requiring the knowledge, skill and judgment necessary for carrying out selected aspects of the designated nursing regimen, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Nursing care is not limited to a specific age. The LPN, functioning under the direction and supervision of the RN, shall be responsible and accountable for his or her own nursing judgments, action and competence. Minimum Education: High school diploma; current licensure as a LPN in the State of Washington. Minimum Experience: Must have previous related experience. Required Certification/Licensing/Registration: We accept licensure as a Washington State LPN as a basic level of competency.
