The Medical Laboratory Assistant is responsible for a variety of phlebotomy collections on children, both inpatients and outpatients, specimen processing, referral analysis, hospital/departmental computer procedures, Microbiology specimen processing, and departmental charting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required current California licensure as a CPT (California Phlebotomy Technician)
High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, medical terminology
EOE/M/F/D/V
